Equipping a Hero Helm on Bella, Princess Gowns on Leader and Rienna and a Purity Garb on Red will provide some much needed pearl protection for this dragon (Hero Helm & Princess Gowns absorbs it, Purity Garb nullifies it) and doing so takes away this dragon's ability to kill my party. However, I can't kill him either as he can cast Cure 3 every time he's attacked, so we need to do something about that. There's two ways we can solve that problem: drain his MP or silence him. I chose the former, even if it does mean the battle lasts longer. After about 5 or 6 minutes of mimicking Ratatosk, we can finally attack him.

Reason I gave my party Gale Shields because the strongest spell Rienna has happens to be W Wind, and I needed at least three characters to absorb/negate it. I couldn't give Bella any wind protection, so she gets killed by it, but that doesn't matter because she's useless here anyway. Sure I could've just tossed Super Balls, but I chose not to (not to mention I was running low on them, and I needed them to get out of the tower). So basically, we spam W Wind with Rienna, Leader mimics or casts W Wind, and Red doublecasts Ice 2, while throwing out Elixirs when MP runs out.
