Lunar Asura has the tendency to cast -ga spells and alot of them, too. She can now also cast status spells like Mini and Toad, but they usually missed me. Her -ga level spells are a pretty large threat, so I recommend casting Reflect on every party member to have Asura damage herself rather than your team. It's also a good idea to cast Shell - which will increase the party's magical defense. Lunar Asura can still Restore and use Curaga on herself to heal herself.

There are still two things you'll have to worry about, namely her physical attack and her Globe 199 atack. In case you don't know, Globe 199 is an instant-KO attack that targets any character. If you have a Phoenix Down, I suggest using it now. Keep in mind that when a character dies, they lose their Reflect status if they had it.

If Rosa has Holy, that's what you should use if she's not healing and or reviving a character. Rydia should cast Meteor, it's a very effective spell, but it costs 99 MP so if you have any Ethers along, don't be afraid to use them. For the 'fighters', have Cecil attack normally or use Esuna whenever someone has the Mini or Toad status on them. Yang should use Power/Deadly, and Kain should Jump. If a character dies, don't be afraid to use a Phoenix Down and/or Elixer.
