Her pattern is identical to that of Ifrit. Her physical attack is not much to worry about, as it does not deal alot of damage. She has her Blizzara attack, which didn't do alot of damage to the ones she hit me with, but it could be different for each character, somehow. The real attack to watch out for is her Ice Storm, which can easily take off about 500-2000 HP on your entire team.
Rosa should cast Holy if she's not healing, because that's basically how Rosa will deal damage to about any boss. Rydia should use Firaga against Shiva, because Ifrit doesn't seem to do as much damage as Firaga does, which is odd. The fighters should just attack, and use Power and Jump.
