In this episode of Skul the Hero Slayer, I'll be using the Frost skull with an Absolute Zero centered strategy! Frost Skull is a character I am personally a big fan of even outside of the context of freeze runs. Frost's kit across the board is extremely powerful, with one of the strongest i-frame swaps in the entire game giving him a whopping two seconds of i-frames, as well as extremely powerful skills to boot (minus Glacial Field, take a hike Glacial Field). Obviously the character is designed to be used especially with Absolute Zero focused builds, but Frost is extremely flexible with the amount of tried and true Skul builds he's capable of doing. However, his bread and butter is freezing, and that today is the focus of our run. Absolute Zero as a build around is, in truth, prone to not reaching it's potential. This is because the strongest aspects of it are top heavy in their rarity, with Glacier Breaker and the Cat Ice curse being the main ways this inscription is able to capitalize it's damage potential. However, if you're ever lucky enough to see one of these things early you can start to prepare for a powerful freeze focused run, and especially if you have Frost, Alchemist with Nitrogen Flask, Lich, King, anything with a skill that applies freeze, the run can become absurd. That's the focus of today's run, Frost Skull with an Absolute Zero strategy! Joined by Alchemist with his trust Nitrogen Flask, can these two bring winter early to Carleon and show the destructive potential of the bitter cold?
