In this episode of Skul the Hero Slayer, I'll be using Thor with a Crit Items focused build! Thor is one of my personal fan favorites not just of the new crop of skulls from the DLC, but in general. He has an extremely unique passive mechanic called Electrocution. When you hit an enemy with Thor's attacks it has a chance to apply a debuff called Electrocution, which deals damage over time based on the rate at which you're hitting them. This alone wouldn't be too exceptional, but it has the insane property that it is actually effected not just by skull damage procs, but all kinds of damage procs, including Dark Ability and item. This means stuff like Brawl, Invisible Knife, Crown of Thorns, Gunpowder Sword, and anything else you could imagine ups the rate at which enemies take Electrocution damage, and that can get pretty ridiculous. That's why we are bringing along Crit Items for this run, which I'm sure at this point needs little introduction. It's the strongest archetype, does what it sounds like (items that proc on crit damage), and is also quite easy to build around due to one of it's most key items, Invisible Knife, existing in the Rare item pool. Not only are we stopping there, though, we're also furthering the Electrocution tick rate even more with the Water Skull partner, whose ability to summon waves that bounce around the arena furthering the Crit Item and Electrocution shredding. Hopefully this all adds up to what we're hoping; a potent and insane run for the Thor fans! That's today's run idea, making Thor live his best life. Can Water and Thor together bring the absurdly powerful run we're hoping to create?
