This chapter becomes very overwhelming.

The problem of this chapter is not only the ballistas, but also the enemy's authority that will increase their HIT and AVOID, but also the status effect that they will throw at you, both Saias and Coen, and another unit that is close to the ballistas.

That's why it's very necessary to bring Restore Staff, in case you don't have it, you'll have a very bad time in this chapter, and the only viable option to avoid the Status Effect is to have more MAG than the enemy, that's why using mages is usually the best alternative in case you don't have Restore Staff.

Silence and Sleep Staff will work, for the Priest at the bottom (near the ballistas) but the other 2 won't be possible. For 2 simple reasons, the first one the boss will be in a Gate terrain effect, and therefore will not be affected. Secondly, if you decide to silence or put Saias to sleep, on the enemy turn, the boss who has the Restore Staff with him, will remove the Status Effect from Saias, and will continue with the Status Effects.
So it becomes very overwhelming if you don't know how to counter it.

In this episode, the shop will sell Master Seals for 8000 G each. Buy as many as you need, to promote not only your current characters but the characters you will use in the future for the last chapters. At this point there will be no more Master Seals (with the exception of Chapter 24x) so I suggest you plan carefully, if you need to sell items to buy more Master Seals, do so. But make sure you have a good amount of weapons, because in the following chapters, obtaining weapons will be quite difficult. Also in this chapter you will have the Storage, to not only organize your Storage but also sell in this chapter what you won't really need.

STRATEGY:

There are 3 strategies for this chapter (but there are more strategies, but I will focus on these 3).

1st This strategy involves taking Tina with the aim of using the Thief Staff to steal the Berserker Staff, and then using the Berserker Staff on Reinhardt. In this way, he will eliminate any units on the map, (there is a chance that he will be killed during the boss fight), but usually he always ends up killing all ranged units.
Since Reinhardt has Vantage, it will guarantee that he will always attack first, whether he attacks first or not, but if we combine it with Dire Thunder it makes it a deadly combination, because instead of attacking once, he will attack twice, before the enemy can attack, and because of that, they won't be able to counterattack, but besides Vantage, he also has Adept and Accost or Charge, making him even more deadly. And because of that, it takes a huge weight off your shoulders.
(WARNING: Since Reinhardt has 20 MAG, it won't be possible to use Status Effect on him...... BUT....... If you combine the MAG Stats with the active effect of Holy Water or Ensorcel, you can use the status effect on him, as long as the MAG is higher than 21 or more).
So this strategy allows you to get rid of the most dangerous enemies in the first turns.

2nd It involves taking one of your best units (Use Warp Staff) to the only point where you can attack Reinhardt at melle, trying to kill him in the first turn. But in addition to killing Reinhardt in the same turn, if you end the turn, it will initiate a sequence of cutscenes forcing Saias to leave the battlefield.
This kills two birds with one stone and dramatically reduces the enemies HIT and AVOID by 45%, which is quite noticeable. Just make sure he has good MAG and is healed before the end of the turn. If you need more MAG use the Ensorcel on the unit you are going to send it to, to deal with the Mage Knight, but also make sure it is not possible to put a Status Effect on it.
(NOTE: Reinhardt has Pavise, which has a 20% block attack rate, if you want to prevent this skill from activating, use a character with Nihil. If you have trained Maretta and have Maretta Sword, use it. Not only because he can attack 2 times in a row, and if you have more Speed, he can attack more times, but also he has the Nihil skill to nullify the enemy's skills, but also a good chance of critical hit, which guarantees that in the second attack he will inflict the critical hit (as long as he doesn't miss the attack).

The 3rd strategy is in the comments
