We have received our next objective, Flayn has gone missing, and some of us believe that she had been kidnapped by the Death Knight. Byleth asks around, and some of the students are suspecting Jeritza could be the one who had kidnapped Flayn.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Flayn is missing, and our next objective is to search the Monastery to see if anyone around there has seen her, and we get an event which is only available on the Blue Lions route, Byleth goes with Dedue to visit the library, and Dimitri happens to be there, and Byleth checks out a book, and he finds a name unfamiliar to him, that name is Arundel.
After celebrating Petra's birthday with a Tea Party, it is time to explore the Monastery, we get different music for this month. There is a quest for this chapter, talk to your house leader to receive that quest, and you have to talk to some of the students to get clues about Flayn's disappearance, you have to talk to Petra, Felix, Raphael, Dorothea, Ingrid, Linhardt, and Leonie, and they suspect one of the Knights of Seiros is behind the disappearance of Flayn, then talk to the one suspected, I will list which student and their suspect is.
Petra - Shamir
Raphael - Alois
Felix - Catherine
Dorothea - Manuela/Jeralt
Ingrid - Gilbert
Linhardt - Hanneman
Leonie - Tomas

One thing to note is that Manuela is not present in the Monastery this month, so you have to talk to Jeralt after talking to Dorothea, and after you have talked to the suspects, talk to your house leader, and that will give you access to Jeritza's room, and by the way, that will skip to the mission, so do not enter it, instead just focus on exploring the Monastery and doing some Auxiliary Battles. Another thing is Faculty Training, Seteth will not be available to provide training in this chapter, I guess this is what happens when he's like an overprotective father, or brother in this case.
Then for some sidequests, first one is from a female student near the Training Grounds, she will give you an Admiring Love Letter, give that to Cyril to complete the quest.
Marianne has a quest, you have to pick up some Birthing Herbs at the greenhouse, then give them to her, that is quest complete.
Starting from this month, Shamir can be recruited, and if you are wondering, you can recruit her on all routes, even Black Eagles, but you will need Byleth to be at least Level 15 in order to recruit Shamir.
Going over Shamir as a unit, she will be in the Sniper class, that is an Advance Class, but you can downgrade her to Archer and master that class to unlock Hit +20. When Sniper is mastered, she will get a Combat Art called Hunter's Volley, which will trigger two consecutive hits, and it is exclusive to the Sniper class. Her Personal Ability is Survivor Instinct, if Shamir defeats a foe, she will gain a +4 boost to Strength, Magic, Dexterity, and Speed, so she is a great unit in battle. Shamir has an A Rank in Bows, so she will have Monster Blast, which does extra damage to Monster units, she does learn some Lance Arts, like Hit and Run, where she will step back one space after combat, Shamir learns this skill at C+ Rank in Lances, while Ingrid learns this a C Rank in Lances. At A Rank in Lances, Shamir can learn Lance Jab, which increases Might based on the user's Speed, Leonie and Cyril learn that Combat Art as well.
For growth rates, Shamir has good Luck and Dexterity, and Sniper is possibly the best class for her, although if you focus on Riding, she can become a Bow Knight, which is Master Class, some other possible classes for her are Assassin or Pegasus Knight, aside from that, Shamir is an excellent bow user that can get critical hits easier than most other bow users, specially once you get the Killer Bow for her. Shamir is voiced by Allegra Clark, she also voices Dorothea in this game.
While I did go over which units Shamir can support with a few parts ago, I will go over them now, as you can recruit her starting from this chapter:
Hubert, Caspar, Petra, Dedue, Claude, Raphael, Ignatz, Leonie, Alois, Catherine, Cyril

This chapter has 12 lost items on the Blue Lions route, or 10 in all other routes, I am not including DLC for this playthrough, here are the units that have lost items in this chapter:
Dimitri (Blue Lions only), Dedue (Blue Lions only), Ferdinand, Dorothea, Ashe, Mercedes, Marianne, Hilda, Flayn, Hanneman, Gilbert, Rhea

And speaking of Rhea, while talking to her, you can get a really funny scene where a background NPC will spin uncontrollably, it did happen in this video. Even though you can find Flayn's lost item this chapter, she is absent this chapter for obvious reasons, so once we eventually do find her, we should be able to give the lost item to her.
