After Byleth and the Blue Lion's successful victory in the Battle of the Eagle and Lion, we receive our next task, there is some trouble going on at Remire Village, which was where we first met Dimitri and the other house leaders. Byleth learns about Lord Arundel, and the truth between Dimitri and Edelgard, and before all of this, he then gets to teach the class before exploring.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

At the start of this chapter, Byleth and his father talk with Manuela about something strange happening in Remire Village, and after that, he gets to teach class before exploring this month, this is the only time in the game this ever happens.
Then we get another scene, in Blue Lions, we see Dimitri talking with a man named Lord Arundel, this was a name we saw in a book in the library back in Chapter 6, and Arundel was the man who was with the Flame Emperor at the end of Chapter 4, and then Byleth learns about the relation between Edelgard and Dimitri.
Then to explore the Monastery this month, and starting from Chapter 8, you can recruit Manuela and Hanneman, and you will need Byleth to be at Level 15, which you should have by now, unless you haven't used Byleth in a single battle throughout this game. We learn that Tomas has disappeared, this is mentioned in a scene only in the Golden Deer route.
Then onto sidequests, one of them is a battle quest you can accept from Felix, another one is from a student outside the Cathedral, and you have to deliver a Reverent Love Letter to Rhea, and then talk to the student to get your reward.
The next quest is from Seteth, you have to pick up a Missing Student Poster, which is located around the dormitory near the greenhouse, and once you pick it up, return to Seteth to complete the quest.
Next is a two sided quest, you have to talk to either Shamir or Catherine, you can accept both, but you can only complete one of them. Your first item is the Book of Crestological Mysteries, which will be near them, and you have to trade these items with other characters, the first one is Hanneman, you can get Tome of Comely Saints, trade that with Manuela for Fire Amulet, which can be given to Cyril for Glowing Stone, which you have to give to Mercedes for The Path of Dawn, you have to give that to Marianne for Medicinal Eyedrops, and last up is to give that to Linhardt for the Two-Toned Whetstone, and then you have to give that to either Shamir or Catherine, and that is quest completed, well you can only give it to one of them and not both. These items are references to past Fire Emblem titles, here is a list of them.
Book of Crestological Mysteries - Mystery of the Emblem
Tome of Comely Saints - Genealogy of the Holy War
Fire Amulet - Binding Blade
Glowing Stone - The Sacred Stones
The Path of Dawn - Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn
Medicinal Eyedrops - Awakening
Two-Toned Whetstone - Fates

I could go over Hanneman and Manuela as units, starting with Hanneman, he will be recruited as a Mage, and can be promoted to a Dark Mage if you have a Dark Seal, and Hanneman is one of few male magic users in this game. He has strengths in Bow, Reason, and Riding, so Hanneman is best suited for the Dark Knight class, which is Master class, but you will need to train him in Lance for him to go into that class. His Personal Skill is Crest Scholar, which is Rally Magic, and Hanneman will always have that, his best stats are Magic and Dexterity, the downside to Hanneman is that he is outclassed by other mages, like Lysithea, Annette, and Dorothea. One advantage is that Hanneman will learn Meteor at A+ Rank in Reason, this has a lot of range, Dorothea can learn that as well, and it will prove a Linked Attack and Gambit Boost, so at least that is something good.
Then onto Manuela, she is recruited as a Priest, her Personal Ability is Infirmary Master, which gives allies Crit Avoid +10 if she is adjacent to them. For skills, she has strengths in Sword, Faith, and Flying, and with a weakness in Reason, she can be tough to use as a proper mage. She can make a good Trickster, that is a DLC class that uses Sword and Faith, another advantage is that Manuela can learn Warp at A Rank in Faith, Lysithea and Linhardt can learn that as well, and at A Rank in Reason, she can learn Bolting, this is a long range Thunder magic that will prove a Linked Attack and Gambit Boost if equipped, Hilda can also learn that at A Rank. Her best stats are Speed and Charm, and she can be tricky to use due to her unusual skill strengths, and she can't learn Physic, for possible classes, she can be good as a Swordmaster or a Bishop, or you could make her a Pegasus Knight if you invest in Lance for her.
Then for lost items in this month, I will list the units:
Claude (Golden Deer only), Linhardt, Bernadetta, Dorothea, Sylvain, Mercedes, Lorenz, Leonie, Seteth, Flayn, Manuela, Alois, Cyril
