The next Pokémon for Surprise Trade is Ralts, and while I usually breed for 31 IVs in at least 4 or 5 stats, I have a Ralts with 31 IVs in all 6 stats, as well as the foreign Shiny Ditto, this will guarantee that all the Ralts that I hatch have 31 IVs in 5 stats, or 6 if I get that lucky with hatching them.
While I went with Timid for the Ralts, it does have two different forms, only the male ones can become Gallade with the use of a Dawn Stone, and as Gallade is a Physical Attacker, Jolly or Adamant are preferred for it.
For Egg Moves, I went with Shadow Sneak, Disable, Destiny Bond, and Mean Look, it does also get Knock Off, Memento, Grudge, and Confuse Ray for other Egg Moves, I will list which parents from the Amorphous and Human-like Egg Group that can learn these moves.
Confuse Ray: Gastly, Haunter, Gengar, Sableye, Duskull, Dusclops, Dusknoir, Litwick, Lampent, Chandelure, Phantump, Trevenant, Pumpkaboo, Gourgeist
Destiny Bond: Gastly, Haunter, Gengar, Koffing, Weezing, G-Weezing, Wobbuffet, Drifloon, Drifblim, Dusknoir, Yamask, G-Yamask, Cofagrigus, Frillish, Jellicent, Phantump, Trevenant, Runerigus
Disable: Kadabra, Alakazam, Sableye, Duskull, Dusclops, Dusknoir, Yamask, G-Yamask, Cofagrigus, Runerigus
Grudge: Yamask, Cofagrigus
Knock Off: Machop, Machoke, Machamp, Sableye
Mean Look: Gastly, Haunter, Gengar, Sableye, Duskull, Dusclops, Dusknoir, Yamask, G-Yamask, Cofagrigus, Runerigus
Memento: Koffing, Weezing, G-Weezing, Shellos, Gastrodon, Litwick, Lampent, Chandelure
Shadow Sneak: Sableye, Duskull, Dusclops, Dusknoir, Pumpkaboo, Gourgeist, Mimikyu

A good selection of Egg Moves, Shadow Sneak and Destiny Bond are notable moves, Knock Off is not a bad option to go with, but aside from that, most of which are nice for passing down.
Then to go over the moves Ralts learns by level up, it can get Disarming Voice, Confusion, Hypnosis, Draining Kiss, Teleport, Psybeam, Life Dew, Charm, Calm Mind, Psychic, Heal Pulse, Dream Eater, and Future Sight. It evolves into Kirlia at Level 20, and at Level 30 is when it will evolve into Gardevoir, and when evolved, it will learn Dazzling Gleam, and it can get Moonblast and Misty Terrain.
Then for the moves Gallade can learn, when evolved from a male Kirlia with a Dawn Stone, it will learn Slash, and it does get some good Physical moves, like Night Slash, Fury Cutter, Aerial Ace, False Swipe, Psycho Cut, and Close Combat, and Status options like Swords Dance, Quick Guard, and Wide Guard. Ralts has Telepathy for its Hidden Ability, that will turn into Justified when fully evolved into Gallade.
Then for TMs and TRs, and starting with Gardevoir, which is more of a Special Attacker, it can get Thunder Wave, Magical Leaf, Icy Wind, Will-O-Wisp, Psychic Terrain, Mystical Fire, Imprison, Trick Room, and a few others, and for TRs, it can get Psyshock, Energy Ball, Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, Skill Swap, Trick, Focus Blast, and a few others.
While Gallade does learn almost the same TM and TR moves that Gardevoir does, even the Elemental Punches, Gallade can make better use of them. Gallade can learn Solar Blade, Rock Slide, Brick Break, Rock Tomb, Drain Punch, Bulldoze, and Low Sweep, and for TRs, it can get Reversal, Earthquake, Bulk Up, Poison Jab, X-Scissor, Zen Headbutt, Stone Edge, Leaf Blade, and Throat Chop, and for some reason Gallade can get Aura Sphere, yet Gardevoir cannot.
Next is online battles and the competitive scene, and without Mega Evolution, Gardevoir is still a good Pokémon, I have tested one out in online battles, and the moves I went with were Psychic, Moonblast, Mystical Fire, and Trick and equipped with a Choice Scarf. Trace is the Ability you want, and for alternatives, Thunderbolt, Psyshock, and Energy Ball are not bad move options. As for Double Battles, Gardevoir can use the new Expanding Force in Psychic Terrain to hit both targets, and it has Dazzling Gleam as an option for that same reason as well.
While Gallade isn't as commonly used as Gardevoir, it does get some good Physical moves like Psycho Cut, Close Combat, and Shadow Sneak. Zen Headbutt is an alternate for extra power, but less Accuracy, and Drain Punch for a healing option. Gallade can use Bulk Up to boost its Attack and Defense, while Stone Edge, Ice Punch, and Thunder Punch, or even the new Triple Axel are notable moves for Gallade. In Double Battles, Justified is the preferred Ability, and if you have a teammate with Beat Up, like Whimsicott, that will give Gallade some extra Attack power for each hit, and it can sweep with moves like Close Combat, Psycho Cut, and Rock Slide. Gallade can use both Wide Guard and Quick Guard, which are nice moves in Double Battles.
As for my thoughts, I did like how both Gardevoir and Gallade can Mega Evolve in previous games, and while they are fan favourites to many, and Ralts is a Pokémon that I have seen fairly often on Surprise Trade.
