We receive a letter from Rodrigue, and he asks to meet up at Ailell, also known as the Valley of Torment, which is located south of the Fraldarius territory. Ailell is known to be a very dangerous place, so we must prepare all we can if we want to find Rodrigue.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

It is the start of Chapter 15, and we receive a letter from Rodrigue, who have requested to bring in some troops to help us out, and we have to meet up with him at Ailell, which is known as the Valley of Torment, and is located south of the Fraldarius territory.
Rodrigue was someone we have seen before in part 1, he was present at the Monastery at Chapter 5, but only on the Blue Lions route did he get an introduction scene, and he appeared in Felix's paralogue where we helped him take out some bandits in the Fraldarius territory.
I feel that part 1 made a bit more sense on the Blue Lions route compared to all the other routes, because in Chapter 3, we had Lonato and the Western Church raising a rebellion against the Church of Seiros, and he was Ashe's adoptive father, and in Chapter 5, Sylvain's brother steals a Hero's Relic, and while the Tragedy of Duscur was mentioned many times, the Blue Lions route goes more into detail over it, as some people were killed in it, including Dimitri's father and Felix's brother. There was also the reveal of the Flame Emperor's true identity, only the Blue Lions route got a cutscene, and Dimitri's reaction to that was what captured that plot twist very well.
From what I have read, the Golden Deer route goes into a bit of lore on Fódlan, and the Black Eagles route, or more specifically, the Crimson Flower route, is the closest we have to a villain route, I won't spoil too much on Crimson Flower, as that route has way different maps to the other three routes.
Once again we can't do anything about Dimitri yet, and when you have Byleth talk to some units around the Monastery, like Sylvain, Hilda, and a few others where they comment about how the Valley of Torment is known for how rough the place it, the name of it, and the hot climate of the place.
If you talk to Caspar, he will talk about Randolph being his uncle, and depending on your choice, you can increase or decrease support with him. If you talk to Flayn and pick the choice that increases support with her, she will talk about stargazing with her parents, specially if you know who her father is.
Then for sidequests, and Gilbert does provide supply quests every month. For quests this chapter, there is a merchant at the Stables, you have to go to the Advisory Room and find Zoltan's Best Idol, return to him to complete the quest. The other quest is from Anna, she will be at the Marketplace, an item called "Anna's Secret Thingy" will be located at the Sauna area, give the item to Anna to complete the quest. Anna's shop sells rings and shields which can boost stats, like Speed, Crit rate, Accuracy, Evasion, and restore HP, so they can be helpful, and you can even buy Master Seals, so if you have any units you have yet to promote to Master Class, you can get them there, and she will sell Elixirs, those restore 99 HP, so they are better than the Vulnerary and Concoction, she even sells items that permanently boosts stats, so buying them isn't that bad of an idea.
As I have Byleth at maximum Professor Level, this means I have 10 Activity Points, so I can use them for mealtimes and Advanced Drills, and I can do 3 Auxiliary Battles, so this can be good if I want to level up Byleth and the other units, or even master some classes.
As for supports, I will be holding off on A Supports, as that will decide on who will be paired up with who, and I have decided on who I am pairing up my units with, I won't make a list on which ones until a later video.
