First Version Calypso Mode Hitless S Ranks
4After S Ranking almost every boss in Souped Up, I have decided to revisit another mod to see if I can finally S Rank every boss on there since I originally didn't S Rank a few of the bosses, and they were Hilda, Djimmi, Kahl and Cala but I have decided to come back to this mod to see if I can finally S Rank them. As a bonus for also wanting to S Rank them, I will also be S Ranking every other boss too but I can't use DLC stuff so that means I won't be able to Chalice my way through all the bosses like I did last time, also we're playing on the very first version of the mod which means any nerfs that were done to any boss when the mod was updated won't be there so that means I'll be playing Calypso Mode when it was released when it didn't have any kind of nerf to any boss whatsoever.
... it was insane, but the fact that I was able to get this mod done in just over two weeks is crazy, would have been sub 2 weeks if Root Pack wasn't such a pain with Chauncey and I had better RNG on Hilda Berg but still can't believe I got this mod done within such a short time, I expected it to take longer tbh, in fact here's the list of the amount of time I used for each boss for the S Rank:

No, I am not kidding about any of the times listed, and yes Root Pack was literally the longest ground boss for me to S Rank, I struggled on Chauncey so much I literally had to use the Whetstone strategically otherwise I would have not been able to S Rank them... tbh I think in this version Root Pack might actually be the hardest boss in this mod, literally no other Phase felt like Chauncey and even then any other hard Phase would be different because they're on different bosses and they should be hard, but Chauncey... he was insane especially as it's Root Pack which is literally the tutorial boss... talk about the first boss being the most difficult, Hilda took longer but she only took long due to RNG, Root Pack took long cause they were actually difficult and no Phase in Hilda Berg could compare to Chauncey, Hilda is just a long fight in general especially since you have to fight all 3 transformations... overall in the end Root Pack is the hardest boss in this version of the mod mainly because of Chauncey, no Phase felt just as hard as his so... in this version of the Mod Chauncey is the final boss.
Welp, I'm finally free from Calypso Mode (Maybe, for now... don't watch the end cause I totally didn't leave a cliffhanger in the end...), I'll work on the Calypso vs Souped Up comparison short that I hope to release this weekend, if not next weekend, we'll see when I get done the comparison video, and what I'll be doing next, but for now enjoy the hitless S Ranks without the use of anything that is DLC.
