Here is Supplement 2, covering version differences and other points of interest from Requests 00 to 11 (including the title screen and main menu). This video is comprised of newly-recorded clips and clips taken straight from the original request videos. I omitted the bottom DS screen whenever it wasn't necessary.
I kept the text on-screen light, but most of the differences are pretty evident. To avoid redundancy (and avoid hitting the Youtube character limit), I won’t list all of the differences here. A full breakdown can be found in the guide at the top, though I will share some other notes.
Title screen and menu (0:00)
The FSR music videos can be seen in Supplement 1.
On DS, you’ll never seen a door actually open.

Unlike R00, The Silver Case sound effect still plays here in both versions.

The hotel door enter/exit is not unique to this chapter, but I showed it here as this is the first request that lets you leave the hotel, however briefly.
Request 07 (29:53)
Original video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YdcfYxRjBWg
The location of Yayoi’s room is different despite having the same room number, but I included a comparison of the room itself to show how it’s otherwise the same, and because I neglected to walk around the full room in the original video.
Request 08 (33:15)

The hotel sign in general moves faster on DS, not just here when it overloads.
The truck angle changes several times throughout R09 and R10. I clipped every single time I interacted with it in my original videos. I don’t know if there are any other possible angles. I assume I found them all since I believe I saw all of the possible dialogue for the truck (though don’t hold me to that). Here are screenshots of the truck angles: https://imgur.com/a/qspW9j4
Request 10 (38:31)
Original video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9qhoxLI9F0Q
In general, PS2 has more palm trees in the areas outside the hotel, not just here.
The father/son laughing is pretty subtle, but if you look closely, you can see that each laugh and corresponding text box happen separately on PS2 and simultaneously on DS.
Request 11 (41:06)
Original video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aFtekwYSrQY
I missed a line of Edo dialogue in the original video, so I included it here. This ended up working out as it also shows the other differences (the guidebooks missing on PS2, Sumio ringing the bell). I also showed the DS Lost and Found dialogue because Edo's acting like his normal self here despite the fact that he’s supposed to be angry.
The Sue bed sequence is taken directly from the original video. I learned after the fact that the order of camera angles varies each time, but truth be told, I don’t fully understand how it works. My educated guess is that the sequence of camera angles is semi-randomized (but don’t hold me to that, either). Here is a separate video showing several different recordings: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KSYSdVsDwrs
While working on this video, I came across a good dozen differences that I didn’t catch the first time around, and it's possible I may have missed something. If I come across something else major later, I’ll record it and link it here.
Supplement 3 will cover Requests 12 to 18 (including the credits and epilogue). There is still a lot of interesting stuff left to show!
