This is the fifteenth mission of the Silent Threat Reborn fan campaign for the Freespace Port. The extent of the conspiracy within Galactic Terran Intelligence has been laid bare. It is not limited simply to the R&D branch headed by the Repulse, but rather implicates officers all the way to the top of the intelligence directorate. The Galactic Terran Alliance has ended all support for GTI operations, integrated loyal elements of the intelligence apparatus (ourselves included) into the main GTA fleets, and declared war on the organization. Our first order of business is an immediate offensive on the Arcadia class installation Jotunheim, which is the until-now highly classified headquarters of the GTI. Heavy resistance is expected, and since Admiral Glaive led R&D into the rebellion, we can expect to face novel defenses in the form of prototype weapons. We will be supported in our operation by bomber wings from the GTD Intrepid and PVE Vanguard.

As you can see from my concurrent playthrough of the original Silent Threat, the Freespace Port team wasn't given a whole lot to work with for this remake. I am doing the original campaign and this remake side by side since they depict the same events (in different ways).
