A simple test testing out the RGB mode of a Gamecube and upscaling it to 1080p via a RGB SCART to HDMI scaler.
I was very happy with the results. I could have possibly increased the brightness through Elgato as the end video was a little dark (it was much brighter on my actual TV, it just needed some configuration through Elgato).

I have never used an RGB SCART on a Gamecube before and I was actually blown away by the quality. I usually stick to my Wii and use Component cables but ever since I hacked my Wii it has been having difficulty reading Gamecube games.

This is a great alternative. I've also tested Gamecube games using this mehtod and the results were excellent. I may upload some footage of that at a later date.
