This new TV cancel could save time in 100%.

To do the camera glitch, all you have to do is to stand on the green pad of a TV and destroy the last stray cat or convict that is near by. The ending of a TV cutscene causes you to move only the camera around by only panning it and changing the distance the camera is from Gex's position. If you keep on holding the triangle button during the "Get The Three Stray Cats" cutscene, you can look almost everywhere.

It seems that you can get slightly different spots when standing on certain spots and what direction Gex goes in the TV.
