
Gliding (defy gravity) | Game Builder Garage
Wonder how to glide like Zelda or Mario Kart? This tutorial shows you how to do that. You can also apply this technique to underwater. Additionally, if you want the object to constantly fly up, you can also change the constant value to be a positive value.
The benefit of using this instead of reducing gravity is that the gravity of other objects will not change. For example, if you want an apple to fall normally while a person glides. It is impossible to use the reduce nodon gravity to achieve this.
Note that since we are attaching a moving box to a person nodon, the person physics will be changed slightly.
