Simple, you let one of the stupid dickheads walk off a ledge and then headbutt his spastic brother off after him.

No Skeletons here (that I remember), but we DO get to see a new enemy; the Lizardman.

They're apparently good enough to be a boss.

Well, when there's four of them. But they're still shit. Ho-hum.
