This is the 2nd to last dungeon to be found in the game where we have to unlock the Horns to have a chance at stopping Valmar. I guess it takes him to beat him or something. To navigate this place, you have to use switches to unlock access to the next floor and alternate routes, then upon reaching the bottom, you need to go back up and deactivate a switch. To make things worse, this is where you'll find the best Skill Book and the most offensive Mana Egg of the bunch. If you find yourself relying on magic, you may want both of these even though I never did end up using the last egg.
