Honi Awa (Sour Kiss) Shaved Ice

Ice Cubes
¼ cup Lime Juice
1/3 cup +¼ cup Sugar
¼ cup Coconut Milk
¼ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Mango, sliced
½ cup Water
Green & Blue Food Coloring

Combine lime juice and ¼ cup sugar over heat until sugar has dissolved, then add green food coloring and set aside to cool. Combine coconut milk, condensed milk, and blue food coloring. Add water as needed to thin the syrup. Set aside. Blend mango and water until smooth, then heat with remaining 1/3 cup sugar for 5-10 minutes until sugar has dissolved and syrup begins to thicken. Cool. Process ice until finely shaved and place in a paper cone or a cup. Drizzle one third with the lime syrup, one third with coconut syrup, and one third with mango syrup.
