We aspire to one day be like JJ and have to regularly eat cookies as a part of our careers. This recipe makes it even more of a joy, because they are SO GOOD!

Mint Chocolate Chip Drop Cookies

3 cubes of Butter, softened (6 Tbsp)
1 cup White Sugar
½ cup Dark Brown Sugar (or ½ cup Sugar + 1 tsp. Molasses)
3 large Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
2¼ cups All-Purpose Flour
½ tsp. Baking Soda
¼ tsp. Salt
1 FRESH Mint sprig, finely chopped
1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Drop cookies on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes at 350°.
For the iconic curled edges, place each cookie in a rounded dish immediately after removing from oven and allow to cool.
