How Jaxton Cheah boosts employee engagement
Jaxton Cheah, of People Psyence in Singapore and Malaysia, uses Game Thinking to help client companies boost employee engagement. He found that conventional gamification techniques, like points and badges, only kept employees engaged for a month or two, before dying out. He needed a way to keep employees engaged long-term for many months.
When he used Game Thinking with his clients he not only got employees to keep using the programs for more than 6 months, they participated more often. Now he uses Game Thinking as a regular part of his practice.
