How to Change Your Email Address on PS5 Account (PSN EMAIL)
2Changing the email address (also known as the "Sign-in ID") for your PlayStation Network (PSN) account on a PS5 is a crucial task for security and account management. The process is straightforward and can be completed directly on your console.
Here is the best method to change your email address on your PS5 account:
Step 1: Access Account Settings
From the PS5 home screen, navigate to Settings (the gear icon in the top-right corner).
Select Users and Accounts.
On the left-hand menu, select Account.
Step 2: Change Your Sign-in ID (Email Address)
On the Account screen, the first option listed will be Sign-in ID (Email Address). Select it.
You may be prompted to enter your current PSN password for security verification. Enter your password and select Continue.
You will now see your current email address. Use the on-screen keyboard to delete the existing address and type in the new email address you want to use for your account.
