About this video: If you want to learn how to add more RAM to Minecraft 1.19.3, this is the short for you. We show you exactly how to give more RAM to Minecraft 1.19.3. This works with modded Minecraft, vanilla Minecraft, and any other version of Minecraft 1.19.3 you want as long as it uses the default Minecraft Launcher.
The first step of adding more RAM to Minecraft 1.19.3 is opening up the Minecraft Launcher. Then, click on ‘Installations’ at the top.
On the Installations tab, hover over the installation you want to add more RAM to and click the three dots that appear. Click edit, and the Installation’s settings will open.
Finally, click ‘More Options’. Here, you will see a JVM Arguments section. The first part of this will be -XmxNUMBERG. In our case, it is 2G.
The number is how much RAM is dedicated to Minecraft. This would be 2GB by default. If we raise this to 4G we will have 4GB dedicated to Minecraft. Choose however much RAM you want just keep in mind that you shouldn’t dedicate more than half of your PC’s total RAM to Minecraft.
Click the Save button in the bottom right, and play Minecraft with the installation you added more RAM to.
You can see how much RAM you have in-game by opening the F3 menu and looking in the top right. This will show in MB, but 4GB is 4,000MB.
And that is how you can dedicate more RAM to Minecraft 1.19.3. If you have any questions about how to get more RAM for Minecraft 1.19.3, let us know in the comments. We will try our best to help you out.
