Restart your Minecraft server once you have added these plugins to the plugin folder, and you will see folders for the plugins appears. This means the plugins have installed and are running. In these folders, you will find the config, language, storage, and any other files that could be associated with your plugins. This is where you can edit the config files of plugins and make them completely your own.
