Once you are on Apex’s site, it is time to buy your Minecraft server. Click on the green ‘get started’ button to begin buying your Minecraft server. You will then be taken to your server selection page. This is how much RAM you want your Minecraft to have. How much RAM should you buy for a Minecraft server? Well, it depends on what you are wanting to for with your Minecraft server.
4GB of RAM should be enough for most servers with a few players and plugins. Some modpacks can also run on 4GB servers. To run bigger modpacks though, you will bee 6GB on your server to keep things lag free, and if you plan on hosting a bigger network server, we recommend the 15GB EX package.
