The first step of adding a skin to Minecraft 1.15.2 is actually downloading one. We have a link in the description above where you can go and download a ton of different #MinecraftSkins. There are hundreds of thousands of skins for you to choose from. There is even a way to make your own Minecraft skin, and you can find our in-depth tutorial on that linked in the description above.
After you have the perfect skin downloaded, it is time to add it to Minecraft. Installing a Minecraft skin is actually very, very easy. Just open up the default Minecraft Launcher. You must have the default Minecraft launcher in order to add new skins to Minecraft. From there click the ‘skins’ tab at the top of the launcher. This will take you to a page where you will see your current skin as well as the default Minecraft skins.
From here, to change your Minecraft skin in 1.15.2, just the ‘+ New Skin’ button. This will open a screen where you can add a name to identify the skin, the player model you want the skin to use, and place where you can click ‘browse’ and select the skin file you downloaded. Once you have done that, click ‘save & use’ in the bottom right of the Minecraft launcher to save your Minecraft skin and add it to Minecraft 1.15.2!
Now, you will see the skin you selected as your current skin. If you go back to the ‘Play’ tab of the Minecraft launcher and open Minecraft, you will see once you are in-game that you have now changed your Minecraft 1.15.2 skin without going into Minecraft’s website or anything like that. You can now change your Minecraft 1.15.2 skin from the Minecraft Launcher.
