What is the Engineer’s Life modpack? Well, it is a progression based modpack that has you going through the ages. From stage to the digital age, there are over 500 quests to take you along the way. It is a very custom modpack that is perfect for anyone who loves tech modpacks, but wants to feel like they have to work and progress before being able to automate everything. Thus, without any more delay, here is how to play Engineer's Life in Minecraft!
The first step of getting the Engineer’s Life modpack is downloading the Twitch App. You can find a link to the Twitch App in the description above. That link will actually take you to our complete overview of the Twitch app for Minecraft which is great if you want to learn more about it. However, for this tutorial, just click the yellow ‘Download Twitch’ button. This will take you to Twitch’s website where you can click the ‘Download for Windows’ button. This will download the Twitch installer.
After the Twitch installer is downloaded, and double click on it, and click the purple ‘Install’ button. This will install the Twitch App. Once it has finished installing, you will need to login to the Twitch app. You must have a Twitch account in order to play Engineer's Life. After you are logged in, it is time to download the Engineer's Life modpack.
To download Engineer's Life, go to the 'mods' tab at the top of the Twitch launcher. Next, click on Minecraft, and click the purple 'Install' button. This will install the Minecraft module in Twitch. Once it has finished, click the 'Browse All Modpacks' button. Click the search box and type 'Engineer's Life'. You will see the Engineer's Life modpack pop-up. Hover over the image on it, and you will see a purple 'Install' button. Click that, and Engineer's Life will being downloading.
After Engineer's Life has downloaded, click the purple 'Play' button that has appeared on it. This will install Engineer's Life and open up the Minecraft Launcher. Login to your Minecraft account, and you will see 'Engineer's Life' next to the play button. If not, click on the arrow next to the Play button, select Engineer's Life, and click Play. Minecraft will now open up with Engineer's Life installed.
