How To Connect Wired Headphones To An iPad Pro 2020 - USB C To 3.5mm TRRS Headphone & Mic Adapter
In this video I'm showing how to connect wired headphones to the iPad Pro 2020. To do this we simply use a USB C to headphone adapter cable.
I show two adapter cables in the video, one is the Samsung and the other is an adapter by iNassen. The iNassen has a high sample rate headphone DAC in it, I will do a video about this one soon.
Because the Samsung USB C to headphone adapter is designed for Samsung smartphones, although it does work with the iPad and also iPhone. It has a microphone input as well because it is TRRS. This is why the mic on the Apple earpods works with the iPad Pro.
I'll be doing a couple more videos about using microphones with the iPad Pro 2020, using the same adapter cable and also using a a USB audio interface.
