First and foremost, we need to download a Minecraft maps for 1.14.3. In the Run application type '%appdata%' and hit enter. It will then open up your 'Roaming' folder. Here, you will see a '.minecraft' folder. Open that, and you will have a 'saves' folder. Now, just drag and drop your Minecraft map into your saves folder.
All you need to play your Minecraft map now is open up Minecraft 1.14.3, click single player, and double click your map. If it says it needs to update go ahead and do so.
