If Fortnite is not working on your PS5—crashing, freezing, stuck on loading, or showing errors like CE-100095-5—here’s how to fix it:

Check Server Status:
Visit the Epic Games Server Status page or check @FortniteStatus on X for outages or maintenance. Wait if servers are down.

Restart PS5 and Network:
Fully shut down PS5: Home Screen, press PS button, select Power, choose Restart, or hold power button for two beeps, about 7 seconds.
Unplug PS5 and modem/router for 30–60 seconds, then restart both.
Test internet: Settings, Network, Test Internet Connection.

Update Fortnite and PS5:
Check Fortnite updates: Highlight game, press Options, select Check for Update, then install.
