Turn Off Closed Captions System-Wide on Fire Stick
Go to Settings, from the Fire Stick home screen use your remote to navigate to Settings, the gear icon at the top.

Select Accessibility, scroll down and choose Accessibility.

Find Captions, look for the Captions option and select it.
