To play Xbox games on your phone using Remote Play, you’ll stream games from your Xbox console to your mobile device over the internet. Here’s how to do it:
Step 1: Prepare Your Xbox Console
Turn on your Xbox console, works with Xbox One, Series X, or Series S.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Go to Profile & System, then Settings.

Navigate to Devices & Connections, then Remote Features.

Enable Remote Features by checking the box.

Set Power Mode to Instant-On so your console can turn on remotely.

Optional: Use Test Remote Play in the settings to ensure it’s working.
Step 2: Set Up Your Phone
Download the Xbox app from the Google Play Store for Android or App Store for iOS.

Open the app and sign in with the Microsoft account linked to your Xbox.

Connect your phone to the same Wi-Fi as your Xbox for the initial setup, you can switch to mobile data or another network later.
Step 3: Connect a Controller
Pair an Xbox controller via Bluetooth:
Press the sync button on the controller until the Xbox button flashes.

On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings, select Xbox Wireless Controller, and pair it.
Or use a USB cable if your phone has a compatible port.

Some games support touch controls in the Xbox app—check if your game offers this, no controller needed.
Step 4: Start Remote Play
Open the Xbox app and tap the My Library icon, looks like a stack of books.

Select Consoles and pick your Xbox from the list.

Tap Remote Play on This Device.

Wait for it to connect—your Xbox home screen will appear on your phone.

Choose a game and start playing.
