To force stop an application on an Android phone, follow these steps:

Open Settings:
Locate and tap the Settings app (gear icon) on your home screen or app drawer.

Navigate to Apps:
Scroll down and tap Apps (may be called Apps & notifications or Applications depending on your device).
Find the App:

Scroll through the list or use the search bar to find the app you want to force stop.

Tap the app’s name to open its details.
Force Stop the App:

Tap Force Stop (usually near the top of the app info screen).
Confirm by tapping OK or Force Stop if prompted.
