To view all blocked phone numbers on your iPhone, follow these steps:

Open Settings:
Tap the Settings app (gear icon) on your home screen.
Choose an App to View Blocked Numbers:

Phone: Scroll down and tap Phone, then tap Blocked Contacts.
Messages: Scroll down and tap Messages, then tap Blocked Contacts under the SMS/MMS section.

FaceTime: Scroll down and tap FaceTime, then tap Blocked Contacts under the Calls section.

View the Blocked List:

The list displays all blocked phone numbers and contacts. This list is shared across Phone, Messages, and FaceTime, so checking one app shows all blocked entries.
