In this video, you will learn how to create a NymVPN account, choose a plan that's right for you, download and install the NymVPN client. I will also show you how to login to your NymVPN account plan using your 24 word anonymous access code, connect using both the anonymous Nym mixnet and Fast WireGuard connection methods, and check to see if your IP address is indeed masked. NymVPN is a decentralized virtual private network (dVPN) utilising two different connection modes. The anonymous mode which is Nym's noise generating mixnet is the main mode and core technological feature. It uses a 5-hop decentralized network adding noise to protect VPN users in the age of AI surveillance. It is excellent for when you need maximum anonymity for payments, email, or messages. Fast mode on the other hand is the secondary connection mode for NymVPN. It uses the WireGuard (WG) protocol and a modified version of that known as AmneziaWG. 2-hops instead of 5 are used in this mode for speeder connection with less latency ideal for generic browsing, streaming, and sharing for example. Steps To Get And Use NymVPN:
1. Navigate to hhttp://nymtechnologies.pxf.io/e1QQbz2. Choose from one of the three plans, 1 Month Plan, 1 Year plan, and 2 Year plan
3. Once you have selected your plan, create a NymVPN account, by clicking on Reveal recovery phrase
4. Copy your recovery phrase and save it somewhere safe and secure
5. Checkmark the box that says "I have saved my anonymous Access Code in safe place" and click Continue
6. Click Yes I've saved it
7. Select payment type and go through the billing process for your desired plan
8. One you have paid, you will be greeted with a small window that confirms your purchase, click on Account to interact and familiarise yourself with your NymVPN browser dashboard. Here you can view your plans duration and remaining days for example
9. At the top, hover over download and select the appropriate NymVPN client app for your OS to download and install.
10. Open the NymVPN app once installed and click on the cogwheel icon
11. Click Connect device
12. Paste in your 24 word anonymous access code into the text box and click Next
13. Select a mode
14. Select Entry node location
15. Select Exit node location
