If you are resetting your FIDO2 pin, you need to keep in mind that doing so, will delete all FIDO credentials for your YubiKey security key including FIDO U2F credentials, and remove the FIDO2 pin. This action can't be undone, so make sure that your online accounts accounts are no longer secured using this YubiKey. Steps To Reset And Set FIDO2 PIN Using YubiKey Manager:
1. Right click on your YubiKey Manager shortcut and Run as administrator
2. Click Yes when greeted with the User Account Control
3. Insert your YubiKey into your Windows PC and it will be automatically detected by the YubiKey Manager app
4. Click Applications
5. Click Reset FIDO
6. Click Yes
7. Under FIDO2 PIN, you should see no PIN set, Click Set PIN
8. Enter a new FIDO2 PIN and confirm the PIN again by re-entering it
9. Click Set PIN

Congratulations, you have successfully reset and set a new FIDO2 PIN using the YubiKey Manager app on Windows.
