How to Get Into Great Wall Entrance #1 - Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy 100% Walkthrough
11When first arriving in Heliopolis you would have found Horus standing outside the entrance to Great Wall Entrance #1 where Anubis resides. However, you were not able to follow him because you couldn't jump high enough.
To gain the ability to jump higher you need the Wings of Ibis which is found while playing as the mummy in the Castle of Uruk. To see how to get the Wings of Ibis or how to reach the Sun Shrine (where you need to go to first) then see the videos linked down below.
Once Sphinx is given the Wings of Ibis head back toward Great Wall Entrance #1. The Eyes of Ra will block your way back so lead the Slim Burble you would have used to blow up the boulders blocking your way to the Sun Shrine and lead it over to the nearby Eye of Ra to blow it up.
With this Eye of Ra destroyed you'll easily be able to make it to GWE #1. Double jump up to where Horus was and walk up to the switch on the ground. You'll be taught how to do a slam attack which must be used in order to activate this style of switch.
