The first method is to set your account to private. This ensures that only approved followers can see your posts and profile. To do this, open the Instagram app and tap the profile icon in the bottom right corner. Then, tap the three-line menu in the top right and go to "Account Privacy." Toggle on the "Private Account" option. Once enabled, only people you approve as followers will be able to see your content, keeping your account hidden from the general public.
The second method is to temporarily deactivate your account. This will hide your profile, posts, and activity from everyone until you decide to reactivate it. To do this, go to "Settings" and then select "Account Center." From there, navigate to "Personal Details," then "Account Ownership and Control," and select "Deactivation or Deletion."
