So, without anymore delay, here is how to add OptiFabric to Minecraft 1.19.2.
First things first, we need to download and install Fabric. The Fabric Mod Loader is required in order to use Optifine with Fabric Mods. You can find our complete guide on how to get Fabric for 1.19.2 in the description above. That goes over everything that you could need to know in order to get Fabric 1.19.2.
Once you have Fabric, we can move on to how to use Fabric with Optifine. The first step of this is downloading the OptiFabric mod. Click the link in the description above to go to the OptiFabric download page. On this page, look at the right-hand sidebar and scroll down to the 1.19 section. Click the download button next to the version of OptiFabric shown here. OptiFabric 1.19.2 will begin downloading after a few seconds. You may need to keep or save the file depending on your browser.
With OptiFabric downloaded, we still need to download Optifine 1.19.2. You can find a link in the description above to Download Optifine. This will take to our site where you can click the ‘Download Optifine’ button to go to the official OptiFine download page. On this page, find the 1.19.2 version Optifine and click the Mirror button next to it. Then, on the next page, click the blue ‘Download’ button. When you do this, Optifine 1.19.2 will start downloading. You may need to keep or save it, depending on your browser.
Now that you have Fabric installed and OptiFabric and Optifine download, it’s actually really easy to use Optifine with Fabric mods in Minecraft 1.19.2. Just open up the Minecraft Launcher, click on ‘installations’ at the top, hover over the Fabric installation and click the folder that appears. This will open your .minecraft folder.
In this folder, you should have a mods folder. If not, you can create one. Open the mods folder, and drag-and-drop the OptiFabric and Optifine mods for 1.19.2 into this mods folders. You can also add other Fabric mods here as well in order to use Optifine and shaders with Fabric mods.
At this point, go back to the Minecraft Launcher, and click Play on the Fabric installation. Confirm you are playing modded Minecraft, and Minecraft will open with Fabric and Optifine installed! You can go to video settings, change them around, setup shaders, and do anything else you can normally do with Optifine while also have Fabric mods.
