How to Make a VOICE Chat Party with Message GROUP on PS5 Settings (Best Method)
6The PlayStation 5's party system is now integrated into a larger "Game Base" feature, which includes both voice chat parties and messaging groups. This can be confusing at first, but the best and most efficient method to start a voice chat party with a message group is to do so directly from the message group itself.
The Best Method: Starting a Party from a Message Group
Press the PlayStation button on your controller to open the Control Center at the bottom of the screen.
Navigate to the Game Base icon (it looks like two chat bubbles and a PS logo).
Go to the Messages tab within Game Base.
Find and select the specific message group you want to start a voice chat with.
On the left side of the screen, you will see an option that says "Start Party." Select this option.
This will instantly start a party voice chat with everyone in that message group. All the members of that group will receive a notification, and they can join the party voice chat with a single button press. This method is superior because it eliminates the need to manually invite each person from your friends list every time you want to play together. The group is already created, and you're simply activating the voice chat for it.
