Step 2. Enter the text on the screen that you want to make sparkle.

Step 3. Tap the "Text Effect" icon, which features a capital A with a bunch of dots around it.

Step 4. Tap "Sparkle" in the top row of options. You'll see that a sparkle effect is applied to your text.
