To make a video private on the YouTube app using your phone, follow these steps:

Open the YouTube app on your phone.
Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select “Your channel” from the menu.
Tap “Videos” at the top of the screen.

Find the video you want to make private and tap the three dots next to it.
Select “Edit” from the options.
Tap “Visibility” and choose “Private”.
Save your changes.
Alternatively, you can use the YouTube Studio app:

Open the YouTube Studio app on your phone.
Tap the menu (three horizontal lines) in the upper-left corner.
Select “Videos” from the menu.

Find the video you want to make private and tap on it.
Tap the pencil icon at the top of the screen to edit the video.
Tap “Visibility” and choose “Private”.
Save your changes.
