How to Pause Instagram Account for awhile (100% Works)
0To pause (temporarily deactivate) your Instagram account, follow these steps:
Log In to Instagram on a Browser:
Open a web browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari) on your phone or computer and go to
Log in to the Instagram account you want to pause. Note: You cannot deactivate your account directly from the Instagram mobile app.
Access Your Profile Settings:
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner to go to your profile.
