To redeem a code on your PS4 console, follow these steps:
From the PS4 home screen, go to the PlayStation Store.

Scroll down the left sidebar and select Redeem Codes.

Enter the 12-digit code exactly as shown, using the on-screen keyboard. Codes are case-sensitive, so match letters and numbers precisely.

Select Done, then Continue to submit the code.

If valid, confirm the redemption. The content (game, DLC, PS Plus, or currency) will be added to your account. Check your Library under Purchased or Subscriptions in Settings, Account Management to find it.
