How to Record your Phone Calls on your Android Phone (Screen Record)
Recording phone calls on your Android phone can be useful for various reasons. Here are a few methods you can use:
Using the Built-in Phone App (Pixel Phones and Some Other Android Devices):
Make sure your device runs Android 9 or later.
Ensure you have the latest version of the Phone app.
Be in a country or region where call recording is supported.
Follow these steps:
Always Record Calls from Unknown Numbers:
Open the Phone app.
Tap the menu button (usually three dots at the top right).
Go to Settings - Call recording.
Turn on Numbers not in your contacts under Always record.
Tap Always record.
Always Record Calls from Selected Contacts:
Open the Phone app.
Go to Settings - Call recording.
Under Always record, tap Selected numbers.
Turn on Always record selected numbers.
Tap Add and choose a contact to record.
Tap Always record.
Start Recording During a Call:
When you receive or make a call, tap the Record button on the ongoing call screen.
To stop recording, tap Stop recording.
Find Recorded Calls:
Your recordings are stored on your device in the Recents tab of the Phone app.
Using Google Voice:
Answer the incoming call you want to record.
During the call, press 4 to start recording.
Press 4 again to stop recording.
Access your recordings in the Google Voice voicemail tab
