Here is the best and most reliable method to reset your password.
Method 1: On the PS5 Console
This is the most convenient method if you are at your console.
From the PS5 sign-in screen, if you are not already logged in, you will see a prompt to enter your password. Look for the option to reset it.
Press the Triangle button on your controller. This will bring up the "Trouble Signing In?" option.
Select "Can't Sign In?" and then choose "Reset Your Password."
