How To Select Visual Effects Settings That Adjust Windows 11 For Best Performance

In this video, I will show you how to adjust your Windows 11 PC's, visual effect settings, for best performance. By Default, Windows 11 will have preselected the visual effects settings option "Let Windows choose what's best for my computer. This will leave various visual effects settings check marked and uncheck marked based on your PC's specifications. By turning off and uncheck marking all visual effect settings we will adjust our Windows 11 PC for best performance. Adjusting your PC for best performance will give your PC a boost in performance power, but will also compromise your PC on its aesthetics. Visually, your Windows PC will be less pleasing to the eye with more blurry and unsmoothed fonts, image icons displayed instead of image previews, less animations when navigating between windows, and no fade and slide effects when moving between menus.

Steps To Adjust For Best Performance In Windows 11:

1. Navigate to the bottom left hand corner of your task bar to the Windows Start icon and right click on it
2. Click "System" from the list of options that appear
3. Click "Advanced system settings"
4. In "System Properties" Under "Performance" click on the "Settings..." button
5. Select the visual effects setting "Adjust for best performance" by clicking on the circle next to this option
6. Click "Apply" followed by "OK"
7. You can now close out the "System Properties" Window and your "About System Settings" Window.

Congratulations, you have successfully adjusted your Windows 11 PC For Best Performance.
