In this video, I will be showing you how you can easily block mic and camera access on your android device. There are two methods to do this, by far the easiest way is to block access through your tiles. The second method is through your privacy settings. Toggling off microphone and camera access blocks their use in apps and services. Microphone data may still be shared when you call an emergency number even though you have blocked mic access.
Steps To Block Microphone And Camera Access On Android:
Method 1: Block Mic And Camera Access Through Android Tiles
1. Double swipe down from the top of your notification
2. Swipe to find your mic and camera access tiles
3. Tap on "Mic access" and "Camera access" tiles to block their access
Method 2: Block Mic And Camera Access Through Android Privacy Settings:
1.Open "Settings" app
2. Slide down to find "Privacy" and tap on it
3. Tap on the toggle for "Camera access" and/or "Microphone access" to block access.
Congratulations, you have successfully blocked microphone and camera access on Android.
