How To Save Word Documents As PDF Using Microsoft Word And Word On Microsoft365.com
How To Save Word Documents As PDF Using Microsoft Word And Word On Microsoft365.com formally Office.com
In this video, I will be showing you how to save a word document as a pdf doc using two methods. The first method will involve using Microsoft Word which was a one-time purchase from Microsoft from the Microsoft Office suite. This method will use the traditional offline and installed version of Microsoft Word to save a word doc as a pdf. The second method will involve using the Microsoft 365 online app which is available to use for free and contains the online free version of Word. Your word doc will be uploaded to microsoft365.com and using the word app, will be saved as a pdf doc and downloaded to your local device. At the time of recording of this video, Microsoft 365 is mentioned as Office. Office.com will become Microsoft365.com which is a renaming of the product by Microsoft. With that will also come a new icon for the product and even more features. Office will be renamed as Microsoft365 on November 2022 and will be known as this going forward and beyond. From January 2023 onwards the Office app for Windows and mobile will become the Microsoft 365 app.
