To set messages to private or no one on settings on PS5 console, follow these steps:

Navigate to the main screen of the PS5 and select the Settings gear symbol on the top right. It’s located to the left of your profile picture.
Select Users and Accounts.

In Users and Accounts, select Privacy and press right on the D-Pad to begin selecting a privacy setting to change.
Choose View and Customize Your Privacy Settings.
Scroll down until you find Communication and Multiplayer.

Under this, you have to select “who can interact with you through parties, games, and messages” and set it to friends only or to no one
